We Are a Quality-Oriented Company
In 1994, our founder Douglas Riordan had a vision—a commercial cleaning company that housed every service a customer would need from one source. He found that the janitorial services industry was filled with specialists, and the true path to become an industry leader meant becoming a company of experts who offer a myriad of services under one roof.
Almost three decades later, that vision was realized. SMG has grown into a multi-state provider of quality facility services, including property management, janitorial, preventative and emergency maintenance, and, most recently, construction services.
This approach to longevity and all-encompassing service has molded the way we approach our clients. Our relationships with customers aren’t simply based on contracts and service level agreements. Instead, we work to establish partnerships with every one of our clients, ensuring a higher level of quality and customer service every time we enter a building or work on a property.
